The Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) or Xavier School of Management is a Private business school. It is India’s oldest business management school. The school is located at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. The school was founded on 1949 by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). The school offers a full-time, 2-year, post-graduate program in Business Management, Personnel Management, & Industrial Relations (re-christened as Human Resources Management in 2011) and a Global MBA, 15-month, full-time, General Management program (PGDM-GM), a doctoral fellow program (FPM), and several executive education programs. Every year a large number of students enrolled with the Institute at various courses. The Institute conducts Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) for providing admission to management programme in Xavier Institute of management and goa Institute of Management. This year also the Institute was announced the notification for XAT Exam 2016. A huge number of candidates have filled the application form via online mode from official website before 30th November 2015 and now the students are waiting for XAT 2016 Admit Card. The Institute will announced the admit card for downloading the admit card from 20th December 2015 for upcoming written examination on 3rd january 2016.
